Meet the Instructors
Stephanie Olver, Owner
I began my yoga journey in high school with a yoga video. When I moved to San Diego for college, I developed a daily practice that has evolved and deepened as the years have passed. After practicing for 20 years, in studios all over the country, I received my 200 hour YTT certification in 2020.
As a runner, yoga helps me stretch and heal. As a mother and classroom teacher, yoga teaches me patience and perspective.
As a woman, yoga gives me an overall feeling of wholeness, youthfulness and empowerment.
In Sanskrit, "Yoga" means to yoke, or unite, your mind, body and spirit. Essentially, yoga teaches you to find the rhythm within your own body and mind so that you can be in tune with nature and find peace amidst the choas. It is one of my greatest joy to share it with those around me and I truly believe that yoga, in some form or another, is meant for everyone.
Instructor
Jordan Rios
Iβm Jordan, a local yoga instructor who believes in cultivating community through meaningful connection at the mat. No matter what profession, pass time, or purpose each member at the mat represents, I have found that yoga is a personal practice that allows everyone to find their rest. I am certified as an E-RYT who has specialty certifications in Aerial Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga.
When I am not at the mat, I am a childrenβs and adult therapist in Isabella County or out and about wandering the many parks/trails of Mount Pleasant. Lets meet at the mat this summer.
